Naturopathic Medicine and Acupuncture
Dr. Campbell graduated from Bastyr University with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Masters of Science in Acupuncture. He is also a graduate from Ohio State University where he completed his premedical education along with a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Dr. Campbell is a primary care physician, who emphasizes prevention through patient education, empowering patients to make lifelong healthy choices. Whether an acute or chronic condition, he believes strongly in working together with each patient to develop a treatment plan that utilizes least-force intervention while drawing from all available evidence based options, whether it is natural, traditional, acupuncture or conventional medicine. Patients can expect to receive a combination of dietary, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations, along with any herbal/specific nutrient supplementation/pharmaceutical prescription deemed appropriate. He also enjoys the additional framework that his studies in Chinese medicine afford and he combines eastern and western medicine when clinically appropriate.
In addition to general wellness and preventative care, Dr. Campbell has advanced training and interest in men’s health, diabetes and cardiovascular health, sports medicine, pain management, regenerative medicine, pediatrics, and community health. He has also received advanced prolotherapy injection training through the Hackett Hemwall Foundation at the University of Wisconsin. Professionally, he is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Campbell enjoys being active outdoors with running, biking, surfing, hiking, and camping. He also likes to work with his hands building stringed instruments, gardening, and cooking.
